Signing in to Zynch

Only people who were invited can enter Zynch Cloud. There is no sign-up, and Zynch keeps no password of yours. Your own account is what vouches for you.

Three ways in

• Zynch staff: type your zynch.ai address. You go to Microsoft and come back signed in.
• Invited with a Google address (Gmail or Google Workspace): press Google and pick the account the invitation was sent to.
• Invited with a username and a password: type the address the invitation was sent to, then the password you were given.

If something does not work

• "This page is for members of ..." You are signed in, but this app is not shared with you. Ask the person named in the message for access.
• Your address is not recognised. You are not on the list yet. Ask the person who invited you.
• Forgotten your password? Ask the person who invited you for a new one. There is no self-service reset yet.
• Wrong language? The link at the top of every page switches it. The choice is remembered.

"Every sign-in is kept on record"

Each sign-in writes the time, the address and the account that vouched for it to Zynch's sealed records. Passwords are never stored by Zynch. More on the privacy page.
