Privacy on Zynch Cloud

This page says what happens to your information on Zynch Cloud at cloud.zynch.ai, which Zynch runs in its own Microsoft Azure environment. Updated 29 September 2026.

Signing in

Zynch keeps the e-mail address, name and preferred language that come from the account that vouched for you (Microsoft or Google), and the time of every sign-in. Zynch never sees or stores your password.

Sealed records

Every sign-in and every action on Zynch Cloud is written to sealed records: when, who, and what was done. These records are kept for 30 days. They exist so that what happened can be proven, and they cannot be changed afterwards.

Systems you connect

• Your data passes through Zynch's Azure environment and is not used to train any model.
• Connect a test system, not a production system.
• Your data is deleted 30 days after your workspace is closed. A workspace unused for 60 days is closed after notice.

Recordings

Guided sessions, in which someone from Zynch shows you the product, may be recorded to improve Zynch Cloud. The invitation says so, and recordings are kept for 30 days.

Cookies

Two cookies only: one for your sign-in and one for the language you chose. No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of your information, or for its deletion, at johnny.fridburg@zynch.ai. Deletion removes your name and address; the sealed records keep an entry without a name, so that the records stay complete.
